Mr. Abdulrahman Essa Al-Mannai has been the President and CEO of Milaha Group (Qatar Navigation) since September 2015. He leads all the business areas of Milaha.
Prior to joining Milaha, Mr. Al-Mannai held various leadership positions at Qatargas, the
world's largest liquefied natural gas company, where he oversaw the largest LNG supply
chain, Europe’s largest regasification terminal, South Hook LNG Terminal, amongst other
roles. Throughout his career, Mr. Al-Mannai developed extensive experience in multiple
fields, including shipping, energy markets, and commercial activities, achieving a strong
record of success.
Mr. Al-Mannai has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

As Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Ahmad AL-Kuwari leads the IT Services, Operations, Sales & Marketing and Finance Team Departments. In this capacity, he is also responsible for corporate initiatives for MEEZA’s executive team.
Eng. AL-Kuwari is a multi-skilled IT expert with more than fifteen years in the Qatari IT industry. He works with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of IT environments, including business & local culture, technical and organizational change.
Before his appointment as CEO, Eng. AL-Kuwari was the Chief Operations Officer; he worked on developing internal IT policies & procedures, improving Business Processes & advised on IT strategies.
Prior to joining MEEZA, Eng. AL-Kuwari was the PMO Manager at Qatar Foundation IT Directorate, prior to that role Eng. Al-Kuwari held many management roles as the i-Gov Program Manager at the Supreme Council of Information & Communications Technology (ictQATAR) and the Head of Telecommunications & Networks at the Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL).
Eng. AL-Kuwari holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Qatar University, Qatar Leadership Centre Alumni and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from The University of Hull, his additional professional qualifications include ITIL V3®, CPIP, IT Project Management, CVOICE, CVOIP, CEH, A+, N+, ICDL and many more.

Dominic Genetti was appointed as Vice President & Joint Interest Manager of ExxonMobil Qatar Limited in June 2017. He is responsible for all of ExxonMobil’s interests in the LNG operating businesses associated with Qatargas, and the three regasification terminals in Italy, U.K. and the U.S.A. He is also the General Manager for Al-Khaleej Gas (AKG), which provides natural gas for the Qatari market.
Dominic received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 1997 and 1999 respectively.
Dominic began his career with ExxonMobil in 1999 working as a Reservoir Engineer in Houston, Texas. Since then, he has undertaken a range of technical, supervisory and managerial assignments for ExxonMobil, such as: Technical Engineering Manager, Offshore Asset Manager, Planning Manager, Head of Reservoir and Subsurface Engineering and Operations Manager.

Currently the Assistant Director of the Prevention Department in the General Directorate of Civil Defense, Captain \ Ghanim Al-Naimi started his work in the Department as an engineer in the Engineering Plans Division who then moved to the Inspection and Licensing Department as an inspector. He was then appointed Head of the Safety Systems Department of Civil Defense prior to assuming his current position (Assistant Director of the Department of Prevention). Moreover, Captain\ Ghanim Al-Naimi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Management from the UK.

In his role, Mohammed leads the planning and development of Nakilat’s corporate strategy, driving business excellence, oversees the company’s risk governance, business continuity management and information security systems. He assumed this role in May 2018, prior to which he served as the Human Resources Manager for Nakilat between 2014 to April 2018. Mohammed has extensive experience in corporate planning throughout his career, having served as the Head of Organizational Effectiveness at RasGas between 2010 and 2014. His combined experience in the communications, maritime as well as oil and gas industry spans over 12 years. Mohammed is a member of the Business Continuity Management Institute and holds a Bachelor’s degree for Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Manchester and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Sheffield.

Rahat came to Qatar in 2006 as risk manager on Qatargas’s QG3&4 LNG design and construction project. The project completed successfully and QG3&4 is now in operation.
In 2010 Rahat lead the corporate wide initiative to develop and implement enterprise risk management and business continuity in Qatargas. As Head of ERM & BCM, he leads a team engaged with building and enhancing resilience throughout the organisation.
Rahat has played a keen interest in developing the profession of risk management in the Middle East. In 2009 he received the achievement award from the Institute of Risk Management (IRM). In January 2018, he was appointed onto the Board of the IRM (UK).
Prior to Qatar Rahat worked in risk and BCM consulting in the UK for over 15 years, assisting clients from a diverse range of sectors including air and rail transport, finance, utilities, construction, oil & gas and government.
